Welcome to Apex Property Management ("APM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, and communication services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Services Provided
APM provides property management services, including but not limited to tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and communication with property owners and tenants. Our Services may also include messaging alerts and notifications as described below.
2. Communications & Messaging
By using our Services, you consent to receive SMS, email, and other forms of electronic communication from APM, including but not limited to:
- Appointment reminders
- Order confirmations and alerts
- Account notifications
- Payment reminders
- Maintenance updates
- General property management communications
Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.

APM reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms. Users may also terminate their use of our Services by ceasing communication and, if applicable, fulfilling any lease or contractual obligations.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- APM provides Services "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
- We are not liable for any third-party services, including mobile carriers, affecting the delivery of messages.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the appropriate courts within Iowa.
