Rental Qualification Criteria
All applicants must meet the following minimum screening standards to be considered for tenancy. Applications are reviewed in the order received. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
1. Credit Score: 600+
Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600. Scores below 600 will result in an automatic denial unless otherwise approved. Co-signors are acceptable.
2. Income Requirement: 3:1
Applicants must provide verifiable monthly gross income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Acceptable verification includes pay stubs, tax returns, employer offer letters, or other formal proof of income.
3. Rental History: No Prior Evictions
Applicants must have no prior evictions, at any time and under any circumstances. Any eviction record—filed, completed, dismissed, or otherwise—will result in automatic denial.
Apex Property Management Group LLC applies all criteria consistently and in compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. All applicants are screened through a third-party provider to ensure accuracy and neutrality.
