As part of your application for residency, you are required to complete this application in its entirety. Once completed it will be submitted for review.

‍Each occupant over the age of 18 must complete their own application

‍As part of this process, you will need to electronically sign a Notice and Authorization form ("Authorization Form") consenting to these checks. This Authorization Form will allow TenantReports.com LLC to verify the information you provide and share its results with management/ownership.The application takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and we recommend that you double-check the information you provide to ensure there is no delay with your application.Please be careful to double-check all the information you provide. Once you submit your application, you will not be able to modify or change it.

- Employment History: Name, Contact, Start Date, Salary
- Co-Applicants & Proposed Occupants

- Copy of Government Issued Identification (i.e.- Drivers License, Passport, I.D. Card)
- Paystubs or Income Verification Minimum 1 month
- Most Recent Bank Statement
- If Self Employed Most Recent Tax Transcript
- Pet Picture / Information (if applicable)

Rental Qualification Criteria
‍All applicants must meet the following minimum screening standards to be considered for tenancy. Applications are reviewed in the order received. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

1. Credit Score: 600+
Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600. Scores below 600 will result in an automatic denial unless otherwise approved. Co-signors are acceptable.

‍2. Income Requirement: 3:1
Applicants must provide verifiable monthly gross income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Acceptable verification includes pay stubs, tax returns, employer offer letters, or other formal proof of income.

‍3. Rental History: No Prior Evictions
Applicants must have no prior evictions, at any time and under any circumstances. Any eviction record—filed, completed, dismissed, or otherwise—will result in automatic denial.

Apex Property Management Group LLC applies all criteria consistently and in compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. All applicants are screened through a third-party provider to ensure accuracy and neutrality.
