Security: The property is secured with 24-hour surveillance and secured access door area doors.

Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please feel free to use the outdoor areas, but remember to dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Pets: Please make sure to clean up after your pets after they’re done using the bathroom.
  • Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
  • Maximum Occupancy: For safety and comfort, the maximum number of guests allowed is listed on your lease agreement.
  • Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself. This includes washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and taking out the trash when needed. Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins outside.

Upload Renter's Insurance
Upload proof of your renter's insurance policy (a photo or PDF of your declarations page). This is optional for Furnished Finder Residents.
Step 4
Submit a Test Maintenance Request
Submit a simple test maintenance request through the portal (for example: “This is a test request so I know how to use the system”) so you're ready when you really need it.
Step 5
Leave Us a Google Review
Share your move-in experience with a quick Google review. It helps future residents feel confident choosing Apex.
